TECHTONICS

針對廠房環境問題提出四個構築改善提案。藉由不同材質的皮層裝置,除了解決物理環境問題,也在各個階段的空間配置參觀動線,使用者能在對應空間體驗不同變化。

 

Four structural improvement proposals were put forward to address environmental issues in the factory. Through the use of cortical devices of different materials, in addition to solving physical environmental problems, the tour routes are also arranged in the space at each stage, so that users can experience different changes in the corresponding space.

織造 & 退漿

​退漿廠房配置在地面層以下,考量機台高度與一樓的挑空空間並結合天花弧形的裝置,廠房的設計能引導機台排放的熱氣由一樓空間排出,影響上層參觀動線平台的空間感受。而位於地下的參觀動線,由於熱氣由一樓排出,透過空氣對流原理,反而在離機器較近距離的位置上,相較上層其他空間溫度來得更低。 The desizing plant is configured below the ground floor. 紡紗

工廠機能與生活空間,在紡紗廠中以垂直動線的形式串聯。初次紡紗過程所產生的廢料透過開放的垂直平台運輸到二樓的手作教室(生活場域);加工過後的成品會經由相同通道送往地下室的二次加工空間。平台上下位移讓不同區域的使用者能在各個空間界面,利用垂直平台動線變化所產生的天井互動,使工廠與生活場域的連結更強烈。 Factory functions and living spaces are connected in series in the form of vertical circulation lines in the spinning mill. 染整

將染整廠空間區分為三個場域。染整作業流程排放出來的熱氣經由中間的通道排出,途中水蒸氣會被第一層捕霧網捕捉水氣,從中匯集出來的水分子會回到水系統中。水氣凝結後剩下的餘熱會經由第二層薄膜進行過濾,捕捉工廠排放出來的微小粒子。最後經由水簾牆處理最後的熱氣,降低工廠內部排放出來的溫度。參觀者在三個層次的空間場域,能依循著位置的變化體驗到不同的感官體驗。 Divide the dyeing and finishing factory space into three fields. 烘乾
